Veronica Bono - LMT, PTA
Veronica Bono, LMT, PTA, has been in the health and wellness field for 12 years. She worked in the field of orthopedics for 5 years in a private physical therapy department as a physical therapy aide/rehabilitation technician assisting with therapeutic activities and modalities. She graduated from Broward Community College in 2002, where she studied massage therapy. She has worked in both a chiropractic setting as well as privately performing Swedish, trigger point and deep tissue massage. She then went on to earn her degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Keiser University in 2007, and she has been working in a skilled nursing facility since, caring for the elderly and post-operative patients. Ronnie is currently working towards her certification in pilates, and plans to continue her work as a massage therapist as well as a PTA for both fitness and rehabilitation. |

 | Staisha Grosch - Certified Pilates Instructor
Staisha Grosch has been serious about ballet since the age of 10. She trained in ballet with Magda Aunon and joined the San Francisco Ballet School at age 16. Ms. Grosch became a professional ballet dancer at the age of 18 when she was signed by the Cinninnatti Ballet. She went on to dance with the Oregon Ballet Theater. During her youth, she trained in pilates with Alba Calzada-Carter, and she has trained with top instructors from across the country in both pilates and yoga. In 2003, she earned her pilates certification in New York City and was also certified in Ashtanga Vinyassa style yoga in San Francisco. In 2002 she represented the United States in the VII International Ballet Competition in Jackson, Mississippi. Ms. Grosch has taught pilates at the Nike World Headquarters in Oregon, and she is passionate about health and wellness. She is currently in school pursuing a career in physical therapy. |
